At Liza’s Fashion, we deliver high-quality South Asian fashion worldwide. Every order is carefully packed and shipped straight from our facility in India, using only trusted global couriers like DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

Shipping Methods & Charges

We offer two shipping options for most locations:

Standard Shipping: Reliable and affordable for non-urgent orders

Expedited Shipping: Faster delivery for time-sensitive orders

Note: Shipping charges are calculated based on distance, customs involvement, and courier costs to ensure both fairness to customers and sustainability for our business.

Shipping Timeframes

Processing Time: 2–5 business days

Shipping Time: 10-14 days

Delivery Time: 14–21 business days from dispatch (depending on destination and courier)

Important Information

We do ship to P.O. Boxes.

All orders come with a tracking number once shipped.

Remote Area Fees: If your shipping address falls under a courier-defined remote zone, a surcharge may apply. You’ll be notified via email if applicable.

Delivery Signature: May be required depending on courier policy.

Address Changes: Can only be made as soon as the order is placed to re-ensure it was a mistake, or not meant to be. You may contact us through our email contact@lizasfashion.com for order cancellation. Changes requested after dispatch are subject to courier approval and may incur a $10-20 fee.

*We highly recommend re-checking your address where you would prefer for your package to be delivered before placing any order.*

Refused Deliveries: If an order is refused at delivery, a 70% restocking fee will apply.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders may be subject to import taxes or customs duties based on your country’s laws.

These charges are not included in the purchase price and must be paid by the customer at delivery.

Package Lost or Marked as Delivered

We are not liable for packages marked "Delivered" by the courier, even if in reality it has not been delivered to you or you are unable to sight your package near your residential address. If theft or delivery issues are common in your area, we strongly recommend shipping to a secure address or business location. If your order is lost in transit and not marked delivered, we’ll try our best to work with the courier for resolution.
