Return & Exchange Policy

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧 & 𝐞𝐱𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲?

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact. Please note that custom-made or altered pieces, including "Custom Fit" styles, are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Returns for store credit are completely free of charge. However, if you choose a refund to your original payment method (e.g., credit/debit card or PayPal), a 10% restocking fee will apply and be deducted from your refund amount. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. In cases where Free Shipping was applied at checkout, the equivalent standard shipping cost will also be deducted from your refund. Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
Only one exchange per order is permitted. We do not allow multiple exchanges for the same item.

To request a return or exchange, please email us at contact@lizasfashion.com with your order number and reason. Once approved, we will send return instructions.

Once we receive and ensure the quality of your return, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
Returns for an exchange in store credit will take place in your Liza's Fashion account immediately after your return is approved by our team.

We do not offer exchanges for different items than originally ordered. If you wish to receive a different item, you may place a new order separately or use your store credit from an approved return toward a future purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your exchange order will be processed and shipped within our standard delivery timeframe. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as it’s on its way.
